Shipping, Insurance and Customs:
We aim at providing the highest quality of shipping with lowest cost. The shipping cost varies with distance traveled, weight and size of the product. Insurance is not included.
Please Note that we are not responsible for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, custom delays, custom charges & agreements reached between the buyer & Hong Kong Post to forgo the provision of a signature upon delivery.
We have no control over custom charges. You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are advised to contact your local customs office for further information as custom charges vary from districts.

Refund & Replacement:
Refund is not available for this item. Defective products / Size does not fit must be returned within 7 days from the day you report the problem (Base on the stamp chop). However, We struggle hard to minimize all the cost involved. Only the shipping cost of the returned item is borne by buyer. No extra fees will be charged.
